Patience is a virtue. Give it time!

Acne treatments can sometimes take months for their full effect to be present, particularly topical retinoids like Retin-A and Differin. Consistency is the key. Make sure to use your acne medication exactly and directed, and in general, try to stick with it for 8 weeks before deciding how effective it is.
